What is coaching?

A life coach assist clients in setting and carrying out personal and professional goals to better the quality of life.

Can I book an Intake Session?

Your initial session can be booked by going to the contact tab and filling out our form. 

How often should I meet with my coach?

For the most effective results, we suggest meeting with your coach once a week or bi-weekly. 

What about confidentiality? 

All information discussed within sessions remain confidential between the client and coach.

How long does the coaching process take?

The time-frame of progress is determined by each individual client. 

Where would I meet my coach?

Sessions are provided through a secure telehealth flatform. A link will be provided once the client's session is booked.

What if I want to terminate my sessions early?

Clients can terminate their sessions at any time. However, we would love for the client to provide a weeks notice in order for the coach to prepare a final session.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance.

What if I have to reschedule my session?

Sessions can be rescheduled 24 hours in advance. The coach may reschedule the client for the same week if open sessions are available.  

What if I miss my session?

Unfortunately, no shows will be charged for the full session. This time takes away from the potential meeting with other clients.

What is E-Coaching?

E-Coaching is coaching via email. Through email the client can interact with the coach on their own free time without the hassle of freeing time within their busy schedule. The client will be provided worksheets and weekly tasks to accomplish and send and receive unlimited emails throughout the week.

Do you take court appointed clients?

Unfortunately, we do not accept court appointed clients. We also do not testify in court for any reason.
